Our Policies

Check-in:

Self check-in starts at 3 pm. We are available to help with check-in questions until 9 pm. If you need to check in before 3 pm, please let us know in advance and we'll try to accommodate your check-in time. We recommend checking in before sunset if possible, as it can be difficult to find the place and get situated after dark.

Quiet Hours:

9:30 pm - 7:30 am. Please be considerate of your fellow guests and try to keep noise levels down during quiet hours. If you are staying in one of our rooms with a Jacuzzi tub, please do not use the jets during these hours.

No smoking:

No smoking or vaping. This includes the porch or anywhere near the house. If you need to smoke, please do so away from the house and without littering on the property. Please note that Marijuana is illegal in Kentucky. We do not allow any use of it at our inn, whether smoking or edible.

No Pets: 

For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we do not allow any pets at our B&B. 

Breakfast:

Breakfast is included with your stay. We serve a full, homemade breakfast every morning at 9 am. If you would like breakfast earlier, please let us know in advance, and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Room Temperature:

The Heating/AC units in all the rooms are tied to one main unit outside. You can adjust the temperature and the fan using the remote in your room, but you can't change the heat/cool mode. The switch for the ceiling fan is by the interior door. We do provide an extra blanket and a space heater for each room.

Makeup:

If you wear makeup we kindly ask that you use our makeup remover wipes provided for you in the medicine cabinet so that the towels and pillowcases don’t get stained.

Shared Space:

The interior door in your room leads to the downstairs dining and living rooms which are shared spaces with other guests and ourselves. Please be extra quiet if you're using the shared space during quiet hours. If you need to use our kitchen or laundry room, please let us know, and we'll be happy to show you around.
